777xk Terms & Conditions — Your Rights, Our Obligations, Clearly Stated

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and 777xk ("Company," "we," "us," "our") governing your access to and use of the 777xk online gaming platform available at 777xk.bio and any associated mobile applications or platforms (collectively, the "Platform").

By registering an account, making a deposit, placing a bet, or accessing any gaming product on the 777xk Platform in any manner, you unconditionally accept and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with the 777xk Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotional rules published on the Platform from time to time. 777xk reserves the right to request documentary evidence of age and identity at any stage of the player relationship — including at registration, prior to the first withdrawal, or at any point during account review. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (CNIC), passport, or other government-issued identification clearly showing your date of birth.

To access 777xk's gaming services, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate personal information as requested on the registration form, including but not limited to your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Pakistan, mobile number, and a valid email address. You are solely responsible for ensuring the accuracy of all information provided.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. 777xk will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

If you suspect that your account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify 777xk's customer support team immediately. 777xk reserves the right to suspend any account where unauthorised access is suspected, pending investigation.

As part of its obligations under its international gaming licence and anti-money laundering (AML) policies, 777xk conducts Know Your Customer (KYC) verification on all player accounts. KYC documentation — including proof of identity, proof of address, and proof of payment method — may be requested at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable period will result in account suspension and may prevent the processing of withdrawals.

The 777xk Platform operates exclusively in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). All account balances, bonus amounts, bet limits, and withdrawal values are denominated in PKR. No currency conversion facility is available on the Platform; players must use PKR-denominated payment methods.

777xk accepts deposits made through the following approved payment methods: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL, UBL, SadaPay, and USDT TRC20. Deposits made through payment methods not listed as approved — or through third parties — will not be credited and may be reversed at the player's expense.

Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are typically reflected in the player's 777xk account balance within seconds of the transfer being completed on the mobile wallet side. Deposits via bank transfer (HBL, UBL) may take longer depending on interbank processing times. 777xk does not charge fees on deposits, though players should verify whether their payment provider applies any transaction charges on their end.

Withdrawals are subject to the following conditions:

• The player's account must have successfully completed KYC verification.
• The withdrawal amount must consist entirely of real-money funds (not bonus funds that have not yet met wagering requirements).
• The requested withdrawal method must match the method used for the player's most recent deposit, unless otherwise approved by 777xk's payments team.
• Withdrawals below the minimum withdrawal threshold (as published on the Platform) will not be processed.

777xk processes withdrawal requests within the timeframes published on the Platform for each payment method. From time to time, 777xk offers bonuses, free bets, free spins, cashback offers, and other promotional incentives to eligible players. All promotional offers are governed by these Terms, together with the specific promotional terms and conditions disclosed at the point of offer acceptance.

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only and cannot be transferred, exchanged for cash, or shared between accounts.
• All bonuses are subject to a wagering requirement that must be fulfilled before any portion of the bonus (or winnings derived from the bonus) can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the specific offer terms.
• Wagering contributions from different game categories (slots, live casino, sports betting) vary. Sports bets and live casino wagers may contribute at a lower rate toward wagering requirements than slot game wagers. Specific contribution rates are disclosed per offer.

In the event that a bonus has already been credited to a player's account, the specific terms attached to that bonus at the time of crediting shall apply, except where modification is required to comply with regulatory obligations.

All betting and gaming activity on the 777xk Platform is subject to the game-specific rules published within each product section of the Platform, together with the following general provisions:

• Final Decision: The outcome of all games and betting markets on the 777xk Platform is determined by the Platform's certified random number generator (for RNG-based games), the physical dealing/spinning procedures (for live casino games), or the official result of the relevant sporting event (for sports betting). All such determinations are final.

• Cricket & Sports Betting: Cricket betting markets — including PSL, ICC World Cup, Asia Cup, and Pakistan international fixtures — are subject to the specific rules published in the Sports Betting section of the Platform, including rules on void markets, abandoned matches, and in-play bet settlement.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 777xk Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and may result in legal action:

• Registering or operating more than one account on the Platform.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent registration information.
• Using the Platform if you are under the age of 21.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Engaging in collusion with other players to manipulate game outcomes.
• Exploiting software errors, glitches, or vulnerabilities in the Platform for financial gain. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a software error are void and will be reclaimed by 777xk.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform's content solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming purposes. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, redistribute, publicly display, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the Platform without 777xk's express prior written consent.

Any unauthorised use of 777xk's intellectual property will constitute a material breach of these Terms and may result in account termination and legal action for damages and/or injunctive relief.

The Privacy Policy is incorporated into these Terms by reference and forms an integral part of the legal agreement between you and 777xk.

By registering an account on 777xk, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including the sharing of data with third-party KYC verification providers, payment processors, and gaming regulatory authorities where required under 777xk's international licensing obligations.

777xk reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe.
• Suspected fraudulent activity, bonus abuse, money laundering, or any other prohibited conduct.
• Receipt of a valid self-exclusion request from the player.

In the event of account closure by 777xk for confirmed breach, all balances, bonuses, and pending winnings associated with the account may be forfeited. 777xk reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where material changes are made to the Terms, 777xk will notify registered players by posting a notice on the Platform and/or by sending an email notification to the address registered on the player's account, with a minimum of 7 days' notice before the revised Terms take effect, except where immediate amendment is required to comply with a regulatory obligation or to address a critical security issue.

The "Last updated" date at the top of the Table of Contents will be revised to reflect the date of any amendment. It is the player's responsibility to review these Terms periodically to remain informed of any changes. Continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 777xk holds its primary gaming licence.

If any provision of these Terms is found by a court of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable, that provision will be severed from the remainder of the Terms, which will continue in full force and effect.
